RKZ HOLDINGS LLC exists to hold structure and keep the register. Twenty certificates sit under the seal: thirteen non-managing holdings entries — bank, agreement corporation, financial, insurance, nonbank, personal, utility, railroad, savings-and-loan and thrift — and seven head-office entries for centralized administration, corporate, district, regional, head, headquarters and subsidiary-management functions.

We keep the register from 41520 State Farm Rd, Albany, Ohio 45710. This website describes the corporate scope only — it is not a regulatory filing, not a securities document, not a board resolution, and not financial advice of any kind.

The register is descriptive

Certificate numbers on this site are reference marks for scope description. Legal instruments, filings and resolutions live in minute books and counsel's files — never on a webpage.

Officers act in writing

Governance actions — resolutions, consents, officer certificates — are executed in writing under the seal. Email correspondence never substitutes for a signed instrument.

Is this website a regulatory filing or securities document?
No. It is an informational register of our corporate scope. Nothing here is a filing, prospectus, offering document, board resolution or disclosure — those exist only in executed instruments.
Are any securities or interests offered through this site?
None. The site offers no securities, memberships, investments or financial products, and provides no investment, legal or tax advice.
What does "except managing" mean on the holdings entries?
Certificates № 001, 002, 006 and 008 describe holding structures that do not include day-to-day management of the subsidiaries. Managing functions are separate certificates in Register B (№ 019–020) — the scopes are distinct and not interchangeable.
What is an agreement corporation (№ 004)?
A corporation chartered under a federal "agreement" framework to engage in certain international banking-adjacent activities. Our scope expressly excludes international trade financing.
Does the site accept transfers or instructions?
No. The site accepts no funds, transfer instructions, voting proxies or governance documents. Executed instruments go through officers and counsel in writing.
